Studio Policies

       Attendance & Make-up Classes

• Each semester, we offer three make-up classes for excused absences, with no penalty. These classes must be made up before the end of the semester. If more than three classes are missed, they will be marked as unexcused and cannot be made up.​

• If a student needs to take leave, parents must inform the studio at least one hour in advance (bellevueshinstudio@gmail.com). Otherwise, the class will be marked as unexcused and cannot be made up.

​

• Our studio does not provide babysitting. Parents should avoid early and late arrivals. If a child stays in the studio during non-class time, causing any injury or loss, parents will be fully responsible for the related costs.

​       Tuition Fees

• Please pay the tuition fee before the first class of the new semester to secure your child's spot. We offer a 5% discount for siblings.

​

• Due to the nature of our courses, each student occupies a limited spot and resources. Once the course begins, tuition fees are non-refundable.

​

• Students must follow the studio rules during class, including but not limited to respecting teachers and classmates and maintaining classroom decorum and order. If a student exhibits inappropriate behavior, the art studio will take appropriate measures depending on the specific situation, including but not limited to issuing warnings, suspending classes, or expelling the student. Tuition fees that have already been paid will not be refunded.

​       Art Competitions

• Our studio participates in various art competitions throughout the year. We will notify everyone via email. Please check emails or consult the teacher if you are interested.
